At Dalma Apartments, the STANDARD FORM OF LEASE FORM (The Residential Tenancies Act, Acts of Nova Scotia R.S.N.S., 1989, c.401 which covers all residential leases in the province) is provided and used. A downloadable copy of the STANDARD FORM OF LEASE FORM is available.
At Dalma Apartments, a completed Rental Application is required before any Lease can be signed and entered into. A downloadable copy of the Rental Application is available which can be filled out, and either mailed or faxed to Dalma Apartments. Once received and approved, Dalma Apartments will contact you to arrange a meeting to lease a Dalma Apartments Unit and start living a new and carefree Dalma Apartments lifestyle.
